1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SteakByte ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

SteakByte provides AI-powered chart analysis tools for educational and informational purposes only. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

SteakByte offers the following services:

• AI Chart Analysis: Automated analysis of uploaded trading charts using machine learning algorithms.
• Trading Predictions: Directional predictions (CALL/PUT) with confidence ratings.
• Technical Analysis Reports: Generated insights based on pattern recognition and indicator analysis.
• Historical Tracking: Storage and tracking of your analysis history and reported outcomes.

IMPORTANT: All predictions are generated by algorithms and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Abuse of our services
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Attempts to reverse-engineer or manipulate our systems

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of subscriptions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive 3 free analyses. No payment information is required for the free trial. Free trials are limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available at $20 -100 USD per month. Premium features include:

• Unlimited chart analyses
• Broker account integration
• Priority support
• Advanced analytics

4.3 Payment Terms

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin) and are non-refundable. We do not store payment information. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Failure to pay may result in immediate termination of premium access.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SteakByte, including but not limited to algorithms, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of SteakByte and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit our services without authorization

You retain ownership of the chart images you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store such content for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to generate excessive analyses
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with our AI prediction systems
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Using the Platform for illegal activities or fraud
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass free trial limits

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any subscription fees paid.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI predictions
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Platform will meet your trading or financial goals
• That predictions will be profitable or accurate

No information obtained from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEAKBYTE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of trading capital or investment losses
• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any trading decisions made based on our predictions
• Actions taken by third-party brokers or platforms

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Third-Party Broker Integration

SteakByte may offer integration with third-party trading platforms and brokers, including StakeOption, Quotex, and others. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for:

• The security of your funds on third-party platforms
• The accuracy of their trading execution
• Their withdrawal policies or restrictions
• Any losses incurred on their platforms

By connecting your broker account, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading activities on those platforms. We are not affiliated with, nor do we control, any third-party broker.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SteakByte and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any trading losses or investment decisions made based on our predictions
• Your activities on third-party broker platforms

11. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. We collect:

• Email address for account management
• Chart images uploaded for analysis
• Analysis history and reported results
• Broker connection information (if voluntarily provided)
• Usage data to improve our services

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. All data is stored on encrypted servers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes, we will notify users via email at least 14 days in advance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SteakByte operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
